The acoustiseal operable wall system is available in different three configurations:

Single Panel - Acoustiseal 931

• Individual panels offer the greatest versatility in layout applications.
• This model can be equipped with the Modernfold Smart Track trolley system which provides fool-proof automatic panel indexing.
• Designed with two trolleys per panel allowing panels to navigate smoothly through 90 degree turns.

Paired Panel - Acoustiseal 932

• Designed for straight-line openings providing the simplest and most efficient set-up for the operator.
• Floor support models are available for unique conditions.

Continuously Hinged - Acoustiseal 933

• Designed for straight-line openings with simple operation.
• Available as either manual or electric operation.
• Electrically operated systems can be equipped with Safe Path, a safety mechanism which halts the partition if the safety zone is penetrated.

Concealed Protective Edge Trim The full perimeter steel edge trim protects panel edges from any day-to-day abuse. Self-Contained, Waist-High Seal Activator The retractable bottom seals (and/or top seals) are spring-loaded, fully insulated and easily accessible. The mechanism is located in either panel edge for maximum flexibility. Available in several deflection compensations. Fine Line Panel Joints Uniquely designed vinyl clad steel astragals have a reversible, double interlocking concept that captures panel finish and maintains acoustic control. Programmable Suspension System Aesthetically pleasing backed enamel steel track programmed for ease of movement. Trimless Panel Coverings Trimless panels with no exposed fasteners, face welds or vertical trim. The finish, which is available in a wide selection of materials, is wrapped around the panel edges and held in place by the vertical astragal. Multiple Work Surfaces Optional work surfaces are available to enhance the functionability of the partitions. The available work surfaces, chalkboards, tack boards and dry marker boards, are securely mounted to the panel faces without interfering with the operation of the partition. Multiple Configurations The panels are available in either single, paired, or continuous panel layout to provide the ultimate in versatility and flexibility. Electrically Operated Option This optional feature provides effortless and quiet setup for large openings. Roll-formed Steel Frame All panels are constructed with roll-formed steel members welded together for structural rigidity. Welded or Fully Laminated Panel Skins Choose from welded roll formed steel skins or laminated gypsum or medium density fiberboard that are bonded to the steel frame for superior strength and flatness. Acoustically Tuned Panels All of the panels contained acoustically absorbent liners and baffling to match the required STC/NIC performance. acoustical construction from 41 to 52 STC. Complete Acoustic Integrity The fixed bulb and finger top seal maintain continuous contact maximizing the acoustical integrity of the partition.
